I envision a world where there is high inclusivity of all talents, and everyone can find their way within their strengths to succeed and make a good standard of living.

Ropafadzo Danai Sacirarwe is an aspiring business analyst pursuing a Management Information Systems degree at Ashesi University. She is also pursuing a Master's (MS) in Business Analytics with Arizona State University under the ASU's International Accelerated Degree Program (IADP) in the 4+1 model. Ropafadzo is a vibrant, cheerful leader with diverse interests, mainly in Communications and Marketing, Consultancy, Public Relations, and Health and Education. Most importantly, she is a problem solver who is hungry to create social impact. Throughout her undergraduate years, she collaborated with the I Am Zimbabwe Non-Profit organization to deliver quality education to disadvantaged children in her neighborhood by tutoring and mentoring them for better results in their national standardized examinations.

Ropafadzo has also interned with mDoc Healthcare as a Communications intern, Econet Wireless Zimbabwe as a Customer Consultant and Impact Hub Harare as an Administration Intern. During her tenure as an administrative intern, her excellent communication skills led her to become a community catalyst by searching deep within the members' businesses to find ways for the Impact Hub to help their businesses grow. After an impressive internship performance, Ropafadzo was employed in her junior year by mDoc healthcare for eight months as a part-time communications assistant.

Ropafadzo strives to be the best version of herself in every circumstance. Therefore, whatever resources are presented and invested in her, she makes good use of them to ensure that she is a radiating blessing. In addition to working in the office as a marketing and business analyst, she sees herself working towards making socially impactful ideas thrive.
