Christopher gained experience in the public sector working as a program assistant in the Non-Formal Education Division and as a teacher at Ghana Education Service in the Kasena- Nankana West District in the Upper East Region of Ghana where he was awarded the overall best teacher at the basic level in the district in 2013. He also worked with the National Education Assessment Unit, Ghana, where he was involved in a research sponsored by USAID. He gained leadership experience as the headteacher of Nangana Primary School in the Upper East Region of Ghana in 2012, where he worked with colleague teachers to form a vibrant School Management Committee and Parent Teacher Association as well as an increase in the school enrollment. He also served as a secretary for Chicana East Circuit Headteachers Association where he helped in research best methodologies in teaching at the basic level. He founded the Kanania Teachers Association in the Upper Region, Ghana, as a charitable commitment where teachers provide extra tuition to students in first and second cycle institutions as well as mentoring students in their chosen careers. Currently, he is a member of the International Business Scholars Association. He serves as a mentor, role model, and a motivator to students in his community.
