As a Mastercard Foundation Scholar, I am a transformative leader who will use my skills and available resources to create solutions to challenges faced in my community.

 

 

Pauline Nalumansi is a Mastercard Foundation Scholar pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a certificate in Business Data Analytics at ASU’s W.P Carey School of Business. She is the president and co-founder of the Prudent Mamaz Daycare and Learning Center in Uganda whose mission is to discover children’s gifts and talents at an early stage and help nurture them into creative and responsible citizens in Uganda. She is also the CEO and founder of “Pauline Foundation” a project focused on raising a generation of young transformative leaders by supporting vulnerable children through school sponsorship, mentorship, and entrepreneurship and life skills training. Pauline was recently awarded seed funding and mentorship from the Resolution Project to implement a farming project that supports women and youth in developing innovative farming techniques. She currently works as a Program Assistant at ASU’s International Students and Scholars Center and as an International Student Professional Development Peer at ASU’s Career and Professional Development Services Center.
