Audrey Varaidzo Mutswiri began studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Ashesi University in Ghana under the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program and is excited to continue her post-graduate studies at Arizona State University.  Audrey is a writer, an advocate for Girl and Women Rights, Media activist and publicist. She is passionate about self-actualization and continuous learning. She envisions a world with more female scientists and engineers.. Because of her strong passion for women empowerment, she founded EcoTowels, a project meant to preserve the dignity of young women and girls from disadvantaged communities through the provision of menstrual health education and reusable menstrual kits. Audrey also believes in giving people a voice and fostering growth beyond their own self-imposed ceilings. She sees no limits, she sees no blockades and she believes that education is not only a key but a force of change.
