To be a changemaker means to be a trailblazer, to set off a whole revolutionary trend in the way things are done or approached for the betterment of the quality of life and standard of living of the human race.

 

 

Maxwell Yaw Sakyi is an adaptable, resilient and dependable individual who believes that a nation’s development lies heavily on the mentality and capabilities of its human resource. He therefore seeks to venture into academia aspiring to become a lecturer with the aim of raising up individuals that challenge the status quo and strive for excellence no matter what the prospective setbacks or challenges may be. In addition to his ambitions in academia, Maxwell looks forward to opportunities in Entrepreneurship with the particular aim of pioneering the future of medicine by employing his knowledge in Biomedical Engineering. With a particular interest in Rehabilitation engineering, he seeks to reach out to the physically challenged and disabled in the country through the improvement of existing and development of novel rehabilitative and assistive devices. On that bearing, he desires to construct a modern rehabilitative engineering research center within the country to achieve the aforementioned intent.
