Being a changemaker is going beyond your means or capabilities and knowing that, the world changes every second, blowing new opportunities in all directions, including yours.

 

 

Maame is altruistic with the vision of advancing technology used in healthcare. She is a perfectionist and encourages everyone around her to go for the best no matter where they find themselves. Maame believes that, you should not only exist in this world, but should live with a purpose to impact generations. Having strong interest in Medical imaging and Nano-technology, she seeks to use data-intensive analysis and technologies spanning the spectrum of optics to visualize the interior sections of the human body. She encompasses the application of fundamental physics to miniaturize all medical devices into a smaller scale.  She hopes that, her work in these areas will radically influence the health sector. In 2017, Maame interned at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Ghana as a clinical engineer where she helped with the installation of medical equipment. With her unique leadership skills, she served as the Judicial Commissioner for the Biomedical Engineering Student’s Society from 2017-2018 during which she comprehensively made known the constitution and stood strongly for the Society.  Maame aspires to be a philanthropist who would want to improve the standard of living of people all over the world.
