I envision a world where basic education is affordable and accessible to the most deprived in society. I believe education is the beginning of the change we seek in Africa. It shouldn’t be said of us as a continent in the next 20-30 years that there are still people who are uneducated. This is a goal worth pursuing as a continent and success driven people.

Randy Essikpe is a charismatic and spirited young man. He grew up with his mother in a town called Kissehman in Accra-Ghana. Being the first in his family to gain tertiary education, he is poised to be an example to his siblings and the youths in his community. He believes education is the only true asset a person can leave for posterity and hence he is passionate about educating the youths both formally and informally. Led by this passion, he teamed up with a friend to donate some relief items and stationery to a needy school in the Dome Pillar Two community by name Marybel School Complex, to help alleviate the pressure on the school, while fostering an enabling environment for teaching and learning. He also aspires to be the member of parliament of his constituency one day in order to be well armed to help provide the necessary aid to improve education in his constituency. He spends his leisure time watching videos and documentaries of the world's greatest leaders as well as accomplished entrepreneurs as he aspires to be an entrepreneur himself.
