To be a changemaker is to be someone who recognizes a social problem, does something about the problem and keeps trying until they have made a difference.

Emelia Offeibea Otoo is passionate about 'the future Ghana and its leadership' and Africa at large. She is motivated to empower others, especially the vulnerable and impacting their lives through the attainment of higher knowledge in formal education. Emelia is focused on studying human behavior to better understand how to support others to achieve their highest potential. As a catalyst for social change, Emelia has naturally emerged as an informal leader in most workgroups and teams.  Precisely five years from now, she envisions herself as a leader influencing people positively towards the attainment of sustainable goals. She believes there can be a change within leadership in Ghana and this change can start from her.
