8I envision a world where quality education is provided for everyone. A world where every girl regardless of her religion, abilities, and status has access to primary, secondary, and tertiary education; where girls can also lead and contribute their quota to industry.
Ayinawu is vibrant, optimistic, and passionate about education and women empowerment. She aspires to influence a positive change in the lives of people by being a role model most especially to the young women to encourage them to pursue higher education.
Ayinawu's passion for education led her to volunteer in the launch of "Improving Basic School Education'' in her community, organised by the United Way Ghana. She also volunteered to mentor most of her programme mates during her time at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She hopes to one day collaborate with other members in encouraging the youth by installing systems and policies that will favor all genders with regards to access to education.
Ayinawu also believes the world is growing rapidly towards digitalization that is under the basis of materials manipulation and engineering. She envisions a world where the functionality of one material is maximized instead of combining many materials for a satisfied task and that way the tech industry can be improved. She plans to achieve this through research and development and hopes to make the world a better place.
