Frederick Boampong is an aspiring Business Intelligence Analyst who has a hunger for knowledge and its application. His unbridled quest for knowledge is driven by a strong determination to succeed in his chosen field of study. He has a strong interest in and passion for innovation and systems of technology in diverse organizational contexts. Frederick’s membership with international associations such as YALI West Africa and Internet Society - Ghana Chapter have instilled in him ethical leadership skills needed to lead positive change in his community. As an outstanding student, he has not only taken a keen interest in his academics, but also willingly offers his selfless service for the development of his immediate community. Frederick has been involved in many leadership and volunteering activities at KNUST. He was the Vice President of the KNUST Peer Counseling Unit and the President of Kids and Maths Organization (Kumasi Chapter), a youth-led organization working with socially disadvantaged students at the Kotei Roman Catholic Junior High School. Frederick sees many untapped opportunities in the Agricultural sector of Africa which he attributes to our traditional agricultural practices. He aspires to use his intellectual capabilities and join hands with like-minded individuals to transform Africa's Agricultural sector with data-driven technologies such as the Internet of Things, Drone technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital marketing to create sustainable and smart farms.
