I will use my talent as a biomedical engineer to improve healthcare through research and innovation. Also, I will use my good communication skills to encourage people to get someone to train them and guide them as mentors in order for them to have impact in their communities.

 

 

Monyimba Nisong is a self-driven individual. He was selected as a Mastercard Foundation Scholar at KNUST where he began his studies in biomedical engineering and is currently enrolled in the 3+1+1 International Accelerated Development Program at Arizona State University.  He is passionate about advancing healthcare in his country through innovation and research in the field of tissue engineering. He is committed to helping disadvantaged members of his community achieve their dreams. As building blocks along the path of a continuous pursuit to uplift his community, he assisted in the training of individuals to become bio fill engineers and electricians. He has excellent communication skills and is ready to learn new things. His lifelong dream is to live a meaningful life by making an impact in his country. Nisong believes that with love, humility, discipline, and persistence, the totality of all that he has envisioned for himself and his community will come to fruition.
