Being a changemaker means to "know the way, lead the way, and show the way." It involves creating a better world of our own, and sustaining it for the present and for future generations.

Jasmine Zunuo Sunkpal is a young resilient Ghanaian who recently completed his third year at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).  While at KNUST, he studied Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management, and is pursuing Masters in Global Business at ASU. He is a volunteer, and believes in the saying by Lyndon B. Johnson that “yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or lose.” Jasmine is passionate about youth education and promoting employment opportunities. He is a former teacher and a current mentor to students of his alma maters. He embarked on four outreach events to Senior High schools and Junior High Schools over the past three years to sensitize and encourage students on the need to pursue higher education and effective study practices. He is proud to see that many of his mentees are excelling in their education and academics. While at KNUST, he partook in the 2018 Business Idea Challenge, organized by his college, and emerged as part of the top ten finalists who had the opportunity to attend a one-week National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) workshop on Sustainable Business Development that year. At KNUST, Jasmine held positions such as Debate Club president, Pax Romana Cells coordinator, Peer Counselors College leader, and school prefect at his basic school. He loves to debate and has won many debate awards in this area. He aspires to become a global business leader, Certified Human Resource Practitioner, and a lifelong promoter of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
