Brian Ahedor is a Mastercard Foundation Scholar at Arizona State University and also pursuing a degree in Materials Engineering at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He is currently majoring in Materials Science and Engineering(MS) with great ambitions of becoming a Material Synthesis Engineer and an Entrepreneur. He is a hardworking person, a team player and goal oriented person with experience in various leadership roles both in academia and societal interventions. He held the position as Chairman; Sponsorship Committee (MATESA - KNUST, 2018) and also the Head of Research Team - I Know African Soccer Quiz Competition 2018 (Kantanka Television, Ghana). He believes that engineering and industrialization are essential to achieving development and are the keys to changing the lives of individuals in his society. His ambition is inspired by the desire to create innovative materials to solve societal problems pertaining to health and sustainability and create jobs.
