A Changemaker is a person who inspires a positive transformation wherever she finds herself. A Changemaker is resilient, and does not allow set-backs to prevent her from reaching a set goal. A Changemaker is a visionary and above all, a motivation.

 

 

Juliet is a spirited young Ghanaian who believes that with commitment and perseverance everything is possible. She is currently a senior at Arizona State University pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Juliet will pursue a career in the field of neural and rehabilitation engineering. Juliet seeks to be a positive change leader and advocate for females in areas pertaining to science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), and also seeks to be of positive impact in whichever sphere she finds herself. Juliet loves to volunteer with diverse organizations in tackling societal issues and creating awareness, as she sees it as her way of contributing her quota to society. This drive to make a difference in her society led to her volunteering with the International Hypertension Society in creating awareness about hypertension. She also loves to take advantage of every opportunity to make an impact in her world, no matter how small it may seem. She is an open-minded individual who thrives on diversity and constantly seeks to improve upon herself. She is an avid learner who takes advantage of every opportunity to learn new skills ranging from programming, to music and the arts.
