I envision a world where women and girls are given the same opportunities to succeed.

 

 

Sabina is passionate about girl-child development in Africa and envisions a world where there are equal opportunities for success for young girls living in poor and deprived countries in Africa. She is a STEMinist and advocates for equal representation of STEM fields for young girls. She also appreciates creativity and intellectual development which allows her to pursue knowledge in diverse fields ranging from programming, design thinking and robotics. Taking the opportunity to matriculate into Graduate school at ASU, she will be studying and researching into mimicking organism behavior for robots, body mechanics and biomaterial design.Aside from her school work, she has volunteered with the Lions Club and International Society of Hypertension in creating awareness on some prevalent conditions world wide such as Breast Cancer and Hypertension. She is on the path to becoming a change maker in Africa. She is a creative writer, poet, and an artist.
