Being a Mastercard Foundation Scholar means my success is a measure of how many lives I can change for the better and how better-off my community and the world at large is with me in it.

 

 

Osei Dua is a phenomenal engineer in the making who is intrigued by machines and has a keen interest in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. Osei has a high aptitude for problem solving and is always in search of avenues to apply himself in order to help alleviate the woes of those around him. Osei has worked on several projects including a community engineering project on Renewable-Energy-Powered Irrigation Systems, in collaboration with the Barrett Honors College. In addition to his career goals, Osei is a strong advocate for good leadership and has served as Chairman of the Trade and Technology Fair board of the Mechanical Engineering Students’ Association, KNUST, as well as a peer mentor. When not immersed in engineering and projects, Osei enjoys singing. It is Osei's mission to eradicate hunger and poverty in Africa with revolutionary work in Robotics.
